How to place an order
Placing an order at Top Shelf Shrooms is quicker and easier than ever before. Please follow our step-by-step guide below for full details.
1. Register for a free account at https://www.topshelfshrooms.com/register/. Fill out some basic information and upload a picture of your government-issued identification for age verification purposes. Your ID will be removed from our system after approval.
2. Once you’re registered, begin browsing our selection of magic mushrooms, shroom edibles, shroom beverages, our browse our to see all the products we offer. When you see something you like, select the quantity and press the green Add to Cart button.
3. Once you’re ready to purchase, press the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen to be taken to our cart. Review your order, then press the Proceed to Checkout button.
4. On the checkout page, fill out your shipping and billing details, and apply any coupon codes you may have. Select the payment method and press the Place Order button.
5. After your order has been placed, send your E-Transfer using the credentials provided. To learn how to send an E-Transfer, click here.
6. That’s it! Leave the rest to us. We’ll let you know when the order has been sent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the desired changes and our team will take care of it for you. Please note that if you order has already been prepared for shipment, we are unable to change or cancel your order, so we kindly ask that you contact us immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept payments via Interac E-Transfer.
How do I make an E-transfer?
1. Log in to your banks online website or mobile banking app and navigate to Interac e-Transfer Send Money
2. Select the account you would like funds to be sent from
3. Add or select a contact and fill out the name and e-mail address or mobile phone number of the person you wish to send money to.
4. Type in the specified amount you are sending, along with a personalized message (please write order number here). Enter a security question and answer.
5. We will receive a notification and will deposit the funds to our account.

* You will be provided the recipient email and security question/answer via email after placing your order.
* Once we’ve accepted your E-Transfer, you will be notified and we will begin preparing your order for shipment.
Are there any shipping fees?
For orders under $150, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00 for orders going to BC, AB, SK, MB, and $20.00 for all other provinces.
What happens after I send my E-transfer?
E-Transfers may take up to 2 hours for our system to confirm your payment. If your payment is not accepted within a few hours, please do not be alarmed, we will accept your payment once we have caught up with our previous orders for the day.
What happens to my order if I don't submit payment?
Once your order is placed, it will be on-hold until we have received and confirmed your payment. We will keep it on hold for up to 48 hours. If a payment is not made within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be required to place a new order.

How does delivery work?
At Top Shelf Shrooms, we take extra care to ensure every order is delivered discreetly and in a timely manner. Your items will be sent in a vacuum-sealed, unmarked box and the name of our company will not be included in the shipping label. Once your order is prepared for shipment, it will be shipped to you via Canada Post XpressPost, and you will receive a tracking number via email. Within 2-3 business days, your package will be out for delivery. If a signature is required, the package will need to be signed for at the place of delivery, otherwise you will be required to pick it up from the post office.

How long does shipping take?
After your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-3 business days. For remote locations/rural areas, an additional 1-2 business days may be required.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
If you do not receive your package within 3 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us via email or live chat and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will begin an investigation, which can take up to 5 business days to complete. If the package is located, it will be shipped to the correct address and you will receive it in a few days.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, Top Shelf Shrooms only offers shipping within Canada.
